Kappa Rolls + Bowls is a fast-casual concept that offers a “chipotle-style” line where you create your own sushi rolls, salads, and bowls! Kappa might have to add “+ Burgers” to their name because they now offer SUSHI BURGERS. You can choose from either a salmon, tuna, or crab burger. Once you receive your food, you have the option to top your meal with the 20+ dressings and toppings (Our tip: Mix the truffle mayo and sriracha to make a truffle spicy mayo).
