Considered "The Best Workout in the World" and we don't disagree. Barry's focuses on a different muscle group every day. They do this to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout and proper time for recovery.

Flywheel is a spinning class that focuses on performance personalization. Our favorite part of the class is being able to adjust the resistance and speed with their on-bike tech packs. After class, you can view your personal stats and see how many miles and calories you burned in the 45 minute class.

GREENMONKEY YOGA

Find us here every Monday at 9 PM for the VIBES class. Greenmonkey is a global movement that redefines the way people think of and practice yoga. They have different types of classes ranging from power, slow flow restorative, yoga for alignment, etc. Our favorite is VIBES where the room is filled, music turns up and lights low.
